Woodlot
Joseph shares his feelings about the rapid transformation his community is undergoing with the arrival of new public services that improve people’s lives, but also the worrying disappearance of the big trees that once surrounded the town. The forest is gradually receding, and it is now very difficult to hunt and harvest the wood traditionally used to build houses. As families grow larger, new households now find it very difficult to pick up natural materials they need. To ensure a better future for their children and hope for the return of more wildlife, Joseph is aware that they need to plant more trees.
