The Drain of Bessenge is not flowing anymore!

Because of the constant floods that destroyed the Houses of the Bessenger district, the government has built drains to allow easy circulation of wastewater.
Five years later, these drains are filled with domestic waste. “Did the population understand the usefulness of these drains?” wonders Alfred Mukuri, resident of the neighborhood.
